 Post subject: New version 4.36 released! -FRONTEND ADMINS-

v4.36
- moved hardcoded front-end strings to language files
- fixed php-native email sending
- added front-end admins to each mailing list (edit your lists to assign front-end admins)
- moved basic functionality from back-end to front-end (for front-end admins)
- front-end admins may:
a) edit mailing list information
b) view list subscribers
c) delete list subscribers
d) send email to one subscriber
e) send newsletter to subscribers
