 Post subject: Send to Que but no AJAX Notifications message

I go through the normal send process (list has 2,000 emails), after sending I have the message stating "Email sent to Que for the following contacts:" with all emails listed... but then nothing, it just seems to block the que.

Ultimate Mailing AJAX Notifications: (this reads/states nothing).

I send a smaller list (10 email) and that sent with the AJAX stating there was 1967 email in que but after processing the smaller list the notification went away and the larger list is still showing as not being sent.

Does sent items only show up in "emails sent" after the newsletter is sent or during?

You still have access to the site backend with the user and pass I sent in the last PM.

P.S. On another note I find the search function of this forum frustrating as you can't search for 3 letter words (e.g. que)

Hello,
I don't have a PM from you, could be that I've deleted it.
Your issue is most probably related to permission errors, or mailing method(SMTP,SendMaill,etc) errors
The AJAX Notification should say that it is sending..

Please submit a support ticket on our Customer Support page giving us an admin account to check this.

Thank you for fixing this error (of mine)

For anyone having the same problem here is the solution Axxis took...

By the time you check it, it should have finished, or still be "in progress", sending further emails in the background.


One last question,

Do you need to keep the browser open to keep it sending emails. I tested sending the email over a week ago and the numbers were counting down at the proper amount (5 per min, starting at about 2,000) and when I came back to it just now it was still in the 800's and counting down normally again???

Oh, yes, you need to keep the browser open. This was the best way, to ensure no conflicts with various servers, limitations, etc. A cron-job could bring up a lot of problems on various platforms. This was the best cross-platform solution we found.
