Is it possible to reply to a mailing list email and have it auto forward it onto the entire list? What about in the commercial version?

Hello,
recipients are able to reply to your emails. Replies will be sent to the assigned email address that you have given for each mailing list. Replies will not be forwarded to the other recipients of the mailing list, only to the mailing list's address.
