I need to import a CSV file of names and email addresses. The User Manual says this

To import a CSV file into UML, go to the “Maintenance” tab, and upload your file in the “Import from
CSV file” section.
Once the file’s uploaded, click the “Import” button to save the file in a temporary database table.
Once Imported, the table will be available for retrieval in the “Retrieval” section, where you can
define which table-fields are useful for the creation of your mailing list(s) . For more information,
please see the “Maintenance” page in this manual (page16).
But no such "Import from CSV file" section exists on the Maintenance page. How do I import the CSV?
