When utilizing the send email to list feature from the front end, I am a little confused. Functionally it works, but was surprised to see that it doesn't utilize the default WYSIWYG editor (JCE in our site's case), and the fact that you can not add attachments. Why is this functionality not there? The list of features says that these features are available, but does not indicate front end vs. back end differences.

We have added this feature in just released v4.35
Admins can choose if they want the HTML editor on frontend or not. In "Configuration" tab.
